Knowledge of IT related concepts needed to troubleshoot administrative issues.
Experience with Windows and Unix operating systems is required;
Expert Knowledge of SAP Basis concepts;
Knowledge of SAP ERP, HCM, JAVA, ABAP, BW, HANA, Adobe Document Services, GRC;
Intermediate knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL and HANA database systems;
Knowledge of Solution Manager;
Knowledge of performing client copies, system refreshes and database management, create and delete clients, organize system copies;
Knowledge of SAP Support model and how to engage SAP enterprise support.
English Level B2
